MEETING NOTES: Senate Standing Rule 1 (Adjournment) states, in part, “At 5:15 p.m., if still in session, the Senate shall terminate its discussion of business.” If the Senate wishes to debate beyond 5:15 p.m, it will be necessary to approve a motion to suspend the rules (by a 2/3 vote).

Non-senators must adhere to the signage related to seating (administrators/committee members/floor privileges, and media).  Other non-senators (visitors) will be directed to the overflow seating section on the second floor of the LevisCenter, which will have a live audio/video feed for all open sessions of the meeting.

Under Public Comments, we ask that those who have requested floor privileges and other non-senator speakers limit their comments and questions to 2 minutes each, with a 30 minute time limit for the entire Public Comments session.

The Senate Executive Committee has withdrawn SC.10.01 and substituted SC.10.01B.
