IV. Proposals for Action

Note 1: After the preliminary balloting to elect Committee Chairs to the Senate Executive Committee has been completed, the final balloting, which will include the top five from the preliminary balloting, will be conducted. The top three from the final ballot will be declared elected.

Note 2: If the USC representative to Senate Executive Committee is not elected by majority vote on the first ballot (see SC.06.02), a run-off election will be held immediately.

All senators are asked to remain in the auditorium until the results of both elections have been announced.
