	CC.17.01	Nominations for Membership on the University Senates Conference (USC)	Committee on Committees (N. O'Brien)

	SC.17.02	Election of One Urbana Member of the University Senates Conference (USC) to Serve on the Senate Executive Committee (ballot distributed at meeting)	Senate Executive Committee (G. Miller, Chair)
		If the USC representative to the SEC is not elected by majority vote on the first ballot, a run-off election will be held immediately.

	SC.17.03	Election of Faculty Members to the Committee on Committees	Senate Executive Committee (G. Miller, Chair)

Educational Policy Committee (EPC) Chair Bettina Francis will explain the role of EPC during ballot counting.

	CC.17.02	Nominations for Membership on Standing Committees of the Senate and Senate Representatives to Other Bodies See Committee Members for the most current Committee Membership	Committee on Committees (P. Kalita, Chair)

	SS.17.01	Election of Committee Chairs to the Senate Executive Committee (ballot distributed at meeting)	Senate
		The preliminary ballot consists of all Chairs willing to serve on SEC. The final ballot consists of the top five Chairs receiving the most votes on the preliminary ballot. The top three Chairs with the highest number of votes on the final ballot will be declared elected.


Parliamentarian H. George Friedman will explain basic parliamentary procedure.

We request that all senators remain in the auditorium until all elections results have been announced.
