The SEC Chair will move that the Senate convene as a Committee of the Whole to discuss ProQuest and Dissertation Deposits.  After introductory remarks, comments and questions will be limited to 2 minutes each, with a 30 minute time limit for the entire discussion.  (Background material is available at www.grad.illinois.edu/thesis/ProQuest.htm).
