The SEC Chair will move that the Senate convene as a Committee of the Whole to discuss:

One or more Graduate College representatives will provide introductory remarks.  Background material from the Graduate College is available at: http://www.grad.uiuc.edu/thesis/ProQuest.htm.
Subsequent comments and questions will be limited to 2 minutes each, with a 30 minute time limit for the entire discussion.
