CC.99.08 Nomination to the State Universities Retirement System Members Advisory Committee (SURSMAC)

Background

The campus is permitted two faculty members to the State Universities Retirement System Members Advisory Committee (SURSMAC) elected by the Senate for three-year terms. The term of one of our representatives, James E. Simon (FAA), will expire on December 31, 1999. The term of our other representative, Thomas Ulen (LAW), expired on December 31, 1998.

Nomination

The Committee on Committees hereby nominates Thomas Ulen to serve as a SURSMAC campus representative for a three-year term ending on December 31, 2001.
